Delete your account
You can delete your Ocas Market account at any time. Here is how, what is deleted and what we keep.
How to delete your account
- On the website: My account › Security › Danger zone › Delete account, then confirm with your password.
- In the Ocas Market app: Account › Security › Delete account, then confirm with your password.
- Merchant or courier account, or no longer able to sign in: send us a request with the form below.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone), addresses, cart and favourites are deleted or anonymised within 30 days of the deletion. Your sessions are signed out right away. Deletion is permanent.
What we keep, and for how long
The law requires us to keep some data after deletion:
- Orders, payments and invoices: 10 years, for our accounting obligations.
- Messages about an order: 12 months after the last related order.
- Proof-of-delivery photos and signatures: 12 months.
- Security logs: 12 months.
Ask for deletion without the app
This form prepares an email to our support team, which you send from your mail app. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we answer within one month.
